Rejection is basically the period that every person goes through in his or her personal, professional and social life. Only those individuals succeed and make an impact in their lives that have the capabilities and metal toughness to face rejection dealing with it in a sincere and sound mind and accepting. Rejection can serve as a blockade to a person career if it is not dealt with quickly and properly.

Rejection can severely hinder the progress of a business or individuals if they do not have the capability to deal with the failure in a professional manner and progress forward by gradual planning and preparation.

Rejection is a Part Of Every One’s Life

Whilst pursuing your dreams you can guarantee that, due to it’s importance, you are going to encounter rejection from others. Rejection is a part of life, we all know this and yet we will still do whatever possible to escape hearing that rejection that terrifies us so much.

This is where the majority of people on the planet make a mistake. The most successful people are those that have managed rejection on a colossal scale. They don’t scurry from it or avoid it, they embrace it and understand that it is all a part of achieving massive results. The biggest slayer of dreams is frustration and after that is rejection.

Successful people have learned how to manage both.

Successful people know that the key to wealth and happiness and success is achieving rejection on a gigantic level. The more rejection you’ll get, the more you’ll get acceptance and success. It’s all about the numbers.

You’ll get greater success if you talk to more people. Until you understand this, success will never be yours.

You must learn to thrive on rejection and know it’s all a part of the numbers and ultimately your success.

So how do you best deal with rejection?

No matter what you are doing in life, the Law of Averages is going to work for you. When do enough of what you are doing you’ll develop an average rate of success. Ask yourself  How many nos must I hear to get a yes? Then evaluate how much every no is worth to you. How do you do this? Find out how much your yes is worth and divide that by the number of nos you have to hear before you get to the yes.

For example let’s say your yes is worth $1,000. The Law of Averages tells you that you need to speak to 100 people to get a yes. $1,000 divided by 100= $10. So each no is $10 in the bank for you. Now when a person tells you no you can say ‘Great! I just earned $10!.

This will help you to overcome the rejection and move forward. If you don’t do this then those small feelings of rejection will carry with you to the next person, they will sense that in you and will be more likely to reject you also.

Superstars are ready to handle colossal quantities of frustration and amounts amounts of rejection. The majority of people never make it as they can’t manage frustration and ….

If you can be one of these people that manage frustration and rejection then you’ll be a superstar in anything you do.

Before making a decision on which Home Business MLM Company is right for me.

Budget – can I become a distributor/associate within my budget?

Decide on your investment total to include the monies needed to join and start up your Home Business. You will need cash flow for marketing and promoting your new venture. Your start up costs and goals will dictate the investment needed.

Rule of thumb is to invest 5% of all monies made to be put back into your marketing. When starting it is more than likely you will be making a minimal amount of money, if any, in your first few months.  You will need to have funds not only to start your business but also support the first few months to get it off the ground.

Look for a company that provides opportunities with no start up costs if working with a low budget. Reputable MLM companies will allow you sell product without purchase to pay for your start up. If you are in this situation select your product knowing that people within your local area will be interested in purchasing from you.

Product – does this product FIT me?

Am I excited by the product and the value both myself and other people will experience from purchasing.

Can I talk about it easily and tell of my experiences with the product?

If you answer yes to both of these then move on with your research.

Compensation Plan – will this provide an income that reaches my goals?

There are many compensation plans and like anything in Business usually the higher the cost the greater the return.

There are many structures for compensations plans from commissions to matrix and bonus payouts.

Matrixes can be confusing and can take time to fill before cycling. Research different matrixes to give you a better understanding of these systems and what best suits your needs.

Company – Who Is

The power of the Internet allows us not only to seek information from the companies themselves but from those individuals that have had experiences with them. Remember not all information may be correct and this is where you need to make a decision and take responsibility for that decision is all does not work to plan. The more information you can gather will assist you in making a well informed decision.

It may have only taken you five minutes to read this information, however it may take you months to do this research. Building strong foundations will have you moving up without risk of collapse.

2.  No TV

This can be a little tough as for many of us our daily routine since we were young was to turn on the TV in the mornings when waking and evenings before going to bed. The reason for not turning on the TV is to eliminate anything that will cause dis-empowerment. The news is always filled with stories of death, crime, natural disasters and alike. Even though there may be a small element of empowering stories we tend to hold onto and discuss those that dis-empowered us. Sitcoms and other programs whilst entertaining chew up our time where we can explore material that will benefit our personal mental growth. It’s a bit like eating a food that is not bad for us when on a detox diet but it will interrupt the process of gaining the premium end result.

3.  No Radio

Instead of having the radio on in your car listen to educational and motivational CD’s, turn your car into a travelling university. I have a collection of these which that I have gathered over the years, many of which have slipped into the back of my draws. I have dragged them out and also have one handy in my vehicle.

4.  No Newspapers

This is one of the easier for me as I have always relied on the TV and Radio for my daily fix of news. For some this is a daily ritual and can be hard to break. No Magazines either unless they are focused on empowering and uplifting your mind.

5.  Associate with Empowering People.

This can prove to be the biggest challenge of all as we can not always choose who we are conversing with due to our employment and the attitudes of family and friends. Conversations with those that are positive and give you empowerment to “Think Like A Giant” is what you are looking for. As for family and friends there will be a need to limit time here as well with some, however those that are true to you will understand your reasons and support you. If they don’t, be selfish and put yourself first.

6.  Drink Plenty Of Water 

The human body is about 60% water in adult males and 55% in adult females. One of the reasons we do not function to our full capabilities is because we are dehydrated. Plan on drinking 2 litres of water a day and decide on how you are going to monitor this. One of the best ways to do this is have four 500ml bottles on hand each day and make sure they are empty before going to bed each night.

7.  Get Plenty of Exercise.

Plan to to some form of exercise everyday. A good way to start the day is to go for a quick paced walk every morning followed by a cool down stretching session. At least 3 times a week add in another form of exercise. For Example I choose to do a 30 minute routine with one of the many DVD’s I have  ranging from yoga to the fun and funky salsa exercise routine to keep it interesting.

8.  Reflection

Spend 20-30 minutes by yourself to reinforce dreams, goals and aspirations. Recognize the things you have accomplished in the day and celebrate your achievements. Do this at night before retiring along with recognizing the wonderful people that have empowered you that day and be thankful for what’s going on in your life.

I have heard some leaders say that if you choose the easy way you do not learn as much as taking the harder option.

While it is said YOU “Learn by Your mistakes”, I’m not convinced this is always true.

Yes we can grow our knowledge baseby taking the hard way and this is great when you are experienced and can afford to take the time to research …….

However When You Are First Starting Out you need systems that work and Leaders that can answer your questions to point you in the right direction, Coach YOU and Be Understanding of your needs.

When I first started out I was going from one site to the next purchasing this tool and that tool under sponsors I didn’t know.

I was eager to get started and in the early days not knowing the importance of a Good Leader jumped on board with many only To regret some decisions later down the track.  Yes the One Program or the One Product was the same from Everyone …….

But the support was anywhere from “where are you”???  to “Fantastic”!!!!!

There were different reasons why I had varied success from Sponsors and I soon made this

-          Is my Leader Passionate about Their Business or is it just a Hobby?

-          Can my Leader offer me the Coaching I need to Cater For My Experience?

-          Can I contact them in person before making a decision and did I relate to them?

-          Are they always providing me with valuable information to help grow my business and not just sell me stuff?

None or all of these may be deciding factors for You. You may have other requirements on your list……..

The Important Thing is to Know…… What Is Important To ME At This Time.

When we are excited about our new found self and eager to get started Yesterday it can be easy to start keying in the credit card details here there and everywhere.

Without taking a step back and asking the  Why’s and Why Not’s we can end up spending more money than we are going to make, especially in the beginning.

It only takes a few minutes To write a list separating it into the Why’s and Why Not’s. I usually come back to the list after I have had time to distract myself with other things,

taking out the emotional attachment I had when first read about the product and add anything else I have concerns with before making a decision. The biggest question I ask

is ……… Is This Going To Be A Solution to What I Was Looking For and Is This The Best Leader For Me.

4. There are plenty of Great Leaders out there offering a money-back guarantee and if unsure this is a great fallback.

Don’t Be Afraid Of This Offer. Reputable Leaders offer this because they are confident their product works.

Make sure you take down reference numbers for your future reference.
